Forms can collect names, contact details, event information, business notes, links, and uploaded flyers.
Information supports event review, weekly email delivery, producer accounts, advertising replies, and spam prevention.
Subscribers can unsubscribe, and producers can request corrections to published event or contact information.
We collect the information you submit through event, newsletter, producer, and advertiser forms. This can include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, event details, links, notes, and uploaded flyer images.
We use submitted information to review and publish Western horse event listings, send the weekly email, manage producer accounts, respond to advertising inquiries, prevent spam or abuse, and operate the website.
Published event information may be visible to the public. We do not sell subscriber lists. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, file storage, analytics, and security.
You can unsubscribe from email updates at any time. Producers can request corrections to published event details. For privacy questions or correction requests, use the contact or advertiser form and include enough detail for us to find the relevant record.
We use server-side validation, signed session cookies, signed form tokens, rate limiting, and access-controlled admin tools. No website can guarantee perfect security, but we keep service-role credentials out of public browser code and limit internal access to operational tools.
