Use of the site
The Western Weekend helps riders find Western horse events and helps producers submit, manage, and promote event listings. You agree to use the site lawfully and to submit only information you are authorized to share.
Event information
Event details can change quickly. Listings may include information from producers, arenas, public calendars, public flyers, and manual research. Always confirm dates, times, fees, classes, venue rules, and entry requirements directly with the producer before hauling.
Producer submissions
By submitting an event, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have permission to share any text, links, contact details, and flyer images you provide. We may edit, reject, archive, or remove listings to keep the directory useful.
Advertising
Advertising inquiries do not guarantee placement. Sponsorship terms, pricing, timing, and deliverables must be agreed separately in writing before any paid placement is active.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep listings useful and current, but we do not guarantee that every event, source, or link is complete, accurate, available, or error-free.
Corrections
If you see incorrect event information, use the correction link on the event page or the submit form with enough detail for us to review the listing.
